В отличие от Шенгена, там основная цель фильтрации россиян - не потенциальные бомжи, а потенциальные диверсанты, тем более ж Одесса же ж. Но при этом список требований - как против бомжей.
Я слышал ещё про подтверждения платёжеспособности.
